• Main Drive:
  Driven by an AC motor with inverter (VFD) control for material feeding, ensuring stable and responsive acceleration and deceleration.

• Rewind Drive:
  The system adopts three-motor synchronization control — two rewind motors work together with the main motor.
  The main motor isolates unwinding from rewinding, while the rewind motors control tension during operation to ensure stable winding tension and neat roll appearance.

• Rewinding Mechanism:
  Equipped with an intermittent shifting guide roller system, which automatically detects the winding diameter and adjusts roller position to maintain the shortest and most stable material path.
